The Association of Special Educators and Rehabilitators is part of the Erasmus+ project "Planning of additional school support needs using the ICF (ICF-plan)".
The project aims to enable school staff to use the ICF to prepare a simple plan of support in the school, in order to improve the learning opportunities of students with developmental difficulties. This will be achieved with the use of ICF - the common language in the processes of planning school resources.
ICF-Plan will support school professionals by providing a simple ICF template for application and creation of anonymous support plans.
PROJECT RESULTS:
- Training materials for the relevant specific health domains of the ICF;
- Best practice examples of already available ICF examples;
- Toolkit with existing links to other projects: www.icfcy-meduse.eu , www.icf-school.eu and www.icf-inclusion.net for participation assessment and planning
- Answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) from previous practical experience with ICF
